The ProDye™ Terminator Sequencing System provides users with an improved method of fluorescent Sanger sequencing. The ProDye™ Terminator Sequencing System is compatible with a variety of DNA templates and the sequencing products can be separated on the Spectrum Compact CE System as well as the Applied Biosystems® 3130, 3130xl, 3500, 3500xl, 3730, 3730xl and SeqStudio® Genetic Analyzers without changes to the capillary electrophoresis workflow or calibrations.
