Notes: As part of the developmental validation for the PowerPlex® Fusion System, the authors completed studies to evaluate performance with case-type samples, template sensitivity, sensitivity to inhibitors, mixtures and several PCR conditions. The data presented in this paper show that the PowerPlex® Fusion System is suitable for human identification for both casework and database applications. (4503)
