The GloMax® Discover System is a high-performance multimode detection instrument developed with Promega reagent chemistries to provide a simple means of detecting advanced chemistries. This instrument provides superior luminescence sensitivity and dynamic range for both strong and weak bioluminescence, experimental samples as well as seamless integration with our industry-leading bioluminescence assays. GloMax® Discover also provides flexible use of filters for fluorescence intensity, BRET, FRET, filtered luminescence and UV-visible absorbance measurements.

Summary of Change
The following changes were made to the 4/25 revision of this document:
1. Updated computer requirements in Section 1.B.
2. Added Cat.# GM9000 to Sections 1.C and 7.E.
3. Added Note about an instrument error during shaking in Section 3.C.
4. Corrected second and third polynomial equations in Tables 2 and 4.
5. Updated Figures 6, 9, 81 and 100.
6. Updated Sections 7.A (User Password and Setup) and 7.B.
7. In Section 3.H, edited Preferences subsection and added new Verification Test subsection.
8. Updated the Maxprep trademark and catalog numbers.
