HaloTag® NanoBRET® 618 Ligand
NanoBRET-based protein:protein interaction (PPI) assays are proximity-based assays that use NanoLuc® Luciferase as a BRET energy donor and HaloTag® protein, labeled with the HaloTag® NanoBRET® 618 Ligand, as the energy acceptor to measure the interaction of specific protein pairs.
The HaloTag® NanoBRET® 618 Ligand is available separately to supplement the NanoBRET® Nano-Glo® Detection Systems (Cat.# N1661, N1662, N1663, N2583, N2584, N2585), which are the dedicated detection solutions for the NanoBRET® PPI assays and contain both the HaloTag® ligand and the recommended NanoLuc® substrate.
