Literature # TM466
The FcγRIIa-H ADCP Bioassay Effector Cells, Propagation Model is a bioluminescent, cell-based assay that overcomes the limitations of existing assays and can be used to measure the potency and stability of antibodies and other biologics with Fc domains that specifically bind and activate FcγRIIa. The assay consists of a genetically engineered Jurkat T cell line that expresses the high affinity FcγRIIa-H variant that contains a histidine (H) at amino acid 131 and a luciferase reporter driven by an NFAT-response element (NFAT-RE).
