All Promega webinars are free, though we do ask you to register.
This webinar will provide a primer on the molecular mechanisms of mammalian DNA methylation and its role in regulating gene expression. We will also discuss various experimental methods used for analyzing DNA methylation levels and patterns including bisulfite conversion, amplification-based techniques, and sequencing.
