The Chroma-Luc™ Calculator is an Excel spreadsheet designed to calculate corrected luminescence values from samples containing red- and green-emitting Chroma-Luc™ luciferases. This tool enables one to generate calibration constants for a specific filter pair and detector combination. Experimental luminescence values (inputs) are then entered and converted to corrected luminescence value outputs. The caculator incorporates the parameters described in the Chroma-Glo™ Luciferase Assay System Technical Manual #TM062.
