The GoTaq® PCR Core Systems I and II provide all of the reagents necessary for exponential amplification of specific regions of DNA using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The GoTaq® PCR Core Systems are supplied with GoTaq® DNA Polymerase, a proprietary formulation of Taq DNA polymerase designed for enhanced amplification, and GoTaq® Flexi Buffers, magnesium-free proprietary buffer formulations supplied at pH 8.5. GoTaq® PCR Core System II provides the same reagents as System I but also includes positive control primers and template.
