CheckMate™ Negative Control Vectors Product Information

The pBIND and pACT Negative Control Vectors are provided for use with the CheckMate™/Flexi® Vector Mammalian Two-Hybrid System (Cat.# C9360) and the CheckMate™ Mammalian Two-Hybrid System (Cat.# E2440). The pBIND and pACT Vectors do not contain fusion protein inserts. Each vector can serve as a control when transfected in combination with its complementary vector containing a fusion protein of interest and a suitable reporter vector. For example, pACT can be used as a control co-transfected with pFN11A (BIND) Flexi® Vector-X and a reporter vector.
