Promega Spring Art Showcase Presents Light and Color Featuring Three Wisconsin Artists

MADISON, WISCONSIN (March 1, 2012)

The Promega Spring Art Showcase presents Light and Color featuring Wisconsin artists: Steve Feren, Derrick Loring Buisch and Gregory Zeszotarski. Steve Feren creates sculptures for public spaces working with a variety of media; most well known for his art with concrete and glass. Derrick Loring Buisch's art focuses on abstract paintings based on ordinary, everyday visuals. Gregory Zeszotarski paintings consist of oil on canvas, pastel on paper and mixed media with a combination of acrylic and pastel. On display will be Zeszotarski's most recent ongoing series "Bodacious Bovines" which will make audiences laugh.

The showcase opens Tuesday, March 13, 2012 and continues through June 1, 2012 at the Promega BioPharmaceutical Technology Center in Madison. The exhibit is open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm. A public art opening reception will be held on Tuesday, March 13th from 4:30pm – 6:30pm.
